Responsibilities：

1) Leading the team to develop new drugs, conduct research, evaluation and establishment of new drug projects, conduct literature and patent research to find lead compounds, and determine candidate compounds;

2) Design compounds, optimize druggability based on test results, conduct compound evaluations, and advance project PCC;

3) Lead the team to complete the design and evaluation of the compound synthesis route, guide the synthesis of the compound; submit a synthetic route suitable for amplification if necessary;

4) Coordinating cooperation with relevant preclinical research departments such as pharmacodynamics, pharmacokinetics, and toxicology, and joint project planning and implementation;

Qualifications：

1) Doctorate degree in organic chemistry and medicinal chemistry related majors;

2) More than 5 years of new drug research and development experience, working or research experience in major pharmaceutical companies in Europe and the United States is preferred
